Candidate Referral Program

One of the reasons we started Excolo was to have the opportunity to lead our own purpose and impact, from the heart. We want to use our platform and resources to support causes that matter to us, to our clients, and to our candidates.

We at Excolo are all about ‘paying it forward’. For every new candidate referred to our business, that we place for a minimum of a 3-month period, we will send you $100 worth of vouchers, and donate another $100 to one of our chosen charities – Children’s Ground, Moving Against Domestic Violence, and Batyr.

They are all very worthwhile causes, run by passionate people who want to make a difference.

Excolo Is Proudly Partnering With...

Children’s Ground is a not-for-profit organisation designed with and led by First Nations people to end injustice and disadvantage. We partner with First Nations communities over a 25-year period to deliver services that address five key pillars of wellbeing: learning, health, community, culture, and economic opportunity, combining cultural knowledge with global leading practice. Just $100 can support First Nations children to access early years learning activities in their First Language as well as English.i f you want to learn more, please visit their

For every 30 students in Australia, 7 will have a mental health issue, yet only 2 will reach out for support, leaving 5 suffering in silence. Batyr is a preventative mental health charity, created and driven by young people, for young people, with a vision that all young people are engaged in positive conversations about mental health and empowered to reach out for support when needed. Your $100 donation will enable batyr to reach 4 young people through their preventative mental health programs that smash the stigma around mental health and empower young people to reach out for support when needed.
