Meet the Team
Matt Tozer
Director, Finance & Accounting
After graduating with a law degree from the University of West England, Matt realize that law was not his passion…but helping people was. He soon found himself in recruitment, where his professional acumen and his generous personality combined to make him one of the most successful and sought-after specialists in the UK and NSW.
Matt has spent more than 18 years in the Finance and Accounting space, and countless clients and candidates have enjoyed the success of Matt’s focus, dedication, and networks.
Outside of work, most of Matt’s time is spent entertaining his most demanding client: his 7-year-old daughter. Whether he can place her in her dream job remains to be seen.
He’s also an avid sports fan, crossing the codes with a membership to both the Sydney Swans and South Sydney Rabbitohs. You’ll also spot him running and cycling around Redfern.

Reece Richardson
Director, Technology & Project Services
Reece’s professional career started a little differently to most. At age 16, he got the call-up to play in the English Football League and was soon off to the USA on a scholarship to play football at the Indiana Institute of Technology, where he also earned a degree in Business Administration.
Is there a better mix in a recruiter than a competitive and focused nature, an iron work ethic, and a warm and winning personality?
Today, Reece’s depth of knowledge within the Technology and Transformation space, coupled with his passion for customer service and experience, is the reason why he’s so highly regarded within the Sydney market.
Outside of work, Reece maintains his competitive side by playing football for the infamous Glebe Gorillas and fancies himself as a fast bowler, playing cricket in Sydney’s eastern suburbs.
